Village Grande is a gated, pet-friendly, age restricted community of 115 detached ranch style homes located just off of Route 35.  Built in the late 1990's but D.R. Horton, Village Grande offers five models, the Alstead, Brookhaven, Coventry, Deerfield and Eden, which range in size from just over 1400 to almost 2400 square feet, according to tax records.  All homes feature a first floor master bedroom with two to four total bedrooms, at least two full baths, an attached garage and many homes also have full basements.  Community amenities include a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, bocce ball, a putting green and a clubhouse which features a fitness center, billiards room, card room and an expansive meeting room.  For commuters, NJ Transit train stations and the Garden State Parkway are just minutes away.  For shoppers, Route 35 stores and outlets are just outside the community gates.  Association rules require that at least one own be 55 years of age with no residents under the age of 18
