Before beginning this collaborative venture with Robertson Douglas Group, Schneier was President of the Northeast Corridor Division of Pulte Homes (including Centex & Del Webb) for just under six years. Prior to that, Schneier was President of Beazer Homes USA in NJ, PA and NY. Schneier has also had significant positions with Hovnanian Homes and Pinnacle Communities. In these various roles, Schneier has lead organizations that have delivered thousands of homes in this geographic area.
