Dedication, determination, and discipline are just a few characteristics that have always led Marc to success. Whether building start-up businesses, developing and constructing residential and commercial real estate, or managing a portfolio of hundreds of residential properties Marc truly is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in business and real estate.
Marc's real estate career began in southern New Jersey as an investor in residential real estate. Single family homes soon turned into duplexes, and soon after turned into triplexes and eventually into apartment buildings. After years of purchasing, renovating, and leasing properties Marc had amassed a sizable empire of over 200 residential and commercial properties.
Just as Marc's real estate career was beginning he also graduated from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey with highest honors. It was not long after that Marc's passion for real estate and education merged and led him to continue his education at New York University. Marc graduated soon after with a MS in real estate development and construction.
Upon graduating Marc's real estate career continued with some of the nation's largest residential home builders constructing single family homes to planned unit developments consisting of condo's, town homes, and stacked town homes. From age restricted communities to active adult communities to low, mid, and high-rise developments Marc has acquired vast knowledge of real estate construction and development.
Real estate has always been a passion of Marc's, and he was born an entrepreneur. Through his vast experience in all aspects of real estate he is able to bring a unique perspective and value to clients in the ever changing and fast paced New York and New Jersey real estate markets.
